41-track disc that collects the out of print Mullet Fever CD-R and the Four0ninE 3" CD-R, both from 2001. Canadian experimental blasters FUCK THE FACTS have issued a ton of CDs, vinyl, tapes, and CD-Rs over the past six years, and while their brutal, punky deathgrind has gotten tighter and more focused with subsequent releases, they have always managed to infect their short songs with a genuinely bent playfulness that has spastic noise-grind assaults and insane fretboard shredding butting up against all kinds of weird KING MISSILE-esque indie rock passages, random samples, jazzy interludes, some AMAZING ambient electronic pop, harsh noise/vocal obliteration exercises, hip-hop, techno, irreverent "Master Of Puppets" cut-up experiments, crude sing-alongs, and lots LOTS more, almost every song throwing some stylistic curveball or breaking off into mangled weirdness, a blazing surrealist grind offensive. I'm a huge fan of everything that FUCK THE FACTS has released, but this material is hands-down some of my favorite music from their career. Recommended for fans of grindcore fringe destroyers like GENGHIS TRON, DISCORDANCE AXIS, BRUTAL TRUTH, EXIT-13, HEWHOCORRUPTS, SWARRRM, etc. It's an enhanced CD-ROm too, which includes a nicely assembled batch of extras ranging from a live music video, to unreleased FTF tracks, biography, and photo gallery. Cool full color booklet design as well.
