I can't get enough of this guy's depraved filth. The 2008 installment in the Recycled Music Series from Italian pervo-beast Fecalove is a brilliant eruption of scumbag power electronics and hardcore feedback/sinewave abuse, not too different from the other recordings this project has vomited up over the past several years. As usual, I'm totally hooked as soon as the first side kicks in, as it drives long spikes of obnoxious feedback skree and warbling treble howl straight into my cranium while blurts of nauseous amp-howl splatter across the room. The first couple of minutes remind me of what Prurient was doing a couple of years ago with his blunt-force amp-stack attacks, emitting extreme feedback manipulation in short, ferocious bursts of feral energy, but Fecalove drags the abuse out forever with painfully long stretches of single-minded screech. The session just keeps growing more abrasive and physically unsettling as it goes on, belching up huge glots of feedback slop before suddenly finding itself occupied with some slightly manipulated gonzo porn audio of a woman sobbing as she's violently turned inside out. More extreme noise follows, swarms of electrical buzz and skull-wrecking junknoise, death metal-style screams and roars suddenly erupting out of the muck, and relentless assaults of high-end amplifier vomit that'll probably turn you on if you're a hardcore Masonna fanatic. Mountains of rotting synth smolder beneath the white hot glare of Fecalove's tumescent rage, often coming close to forming into something resembling a classic power electronics style sound, but always collapsing into a mess of teeth-gnashing and whiplash feedback and snarling cassette-collage chaos, a transmission of nothing but suffering and carnage and debasement.
