A killer tape from the up n' coming Nurse Etiquette imprint run by Villa Valley dudes. The two sides each contain a slammin' live jam that has Exhale The Dream Smoke heaping howls of metal wolves and drooling, ululating vocals onto a maelstrom of molten amplifer sludge. Stoned electronics and feedback and half-formed melodies smudged by massive volume swirl circular around the room, and the Exhale team capture gobs of heavy distorted crunch in looping patterns and shoot them into the void. Somewhere in the midst of all of this, there's some mongoloid sludgemetal guitar riff action battling the waves; each of these sets suck you into a whirlpool of heavy sludgy psych noise opening up right smack in the middle of the heartland. Excellent. These sets were captured from their Fall 2005 tour; side A was recorded in Detroit, MI at Behind The Green Door, while the B side shreds a heavy set from Rotten Chachi in Peoria, Il. On a C30 cassette, in an edition of 50 copies.
