Us being diehard noise-rock freaks, we couldn't pass getting these in. Esteemed French post-metalcore imprint Radar Swarm released the excellent last album from Cleveland's CRAW on thick-ass vinyl LP, and we have just a few of these in stock. Hailing from the industrial wasteland of Cleveland, home of brother band Keelhaul (with whom they share a member apparently?), CRAW releases its first new recording since 1999. Too vicious to be a successful art rock band, and too obtuse for the knuckle dragging hardcore kids to wrap their heads around, Craw is noise rock at its finest. After 13 years, the guys in CRAW are still at it with their bass-mashing, metallic math/post/noise rock attack, blending DAZZLING KILLMEN / BASTRO angles with destructo metalcore into complex rhythmic structures and tightly wound heaviosity. These guys have had a clear influence on the likes of Isis, Converge, and Kiss It Goodbye, and this albums presence on Hydra Head / Radar Swarm makes perfect sense. Crushing and recommended!
